Welcome to People of All Colors Together Jersey City (PACT JC). We are deeply proud to serve as one of the most recent LGBTQ+ community groups Jersey City residents can turn to for genuine connection, empowerment, and unwavering support. Whether you are a lifelong resident of Hudson County, a newcomer to the area, or a visitor looking for a welcoming space, we invite you to join us. We believe that everyone deserves an environment where they can be their authentic selves without fear of judgment, stigma, or exclusion, and we work tirelessly to cultivate that environment throughout Jersey City.
Jersey City is known for its rich cultural diversity, and our group genuinely reflects that welcoming presence. PACT JC is committed to encompassing a larger, more intersectional representation of the LGBTQ+ community and our dedicated allies. We do this by actively acknowledging, supporting, and empowering our members, friends, and families to embrace the lessons of the past while building a brighter, more inclusive future. By acknowledging and embracing the different generations, backgrounds, and lived experiences, we ensure that the progress made by those who came before us is honored, protected, and proudly shared amongst us today and generations yet to come.
Programs, Services, and Advocacy
As a dedicated Jersey City LGBTQ+ allies and advocacy group, PACT JC continues to expand its offerings by reaching out directly to the community via our new comprehensive survey to customize current and future services that most accurately and consistently reflect the static needs of our community. We continue to actively collaborate with a cross-section of community members, including passionate volunteers, to gain greater insight to address the unique and evolving challenges facing Jersey City’s LGBTQ+ community.
Our Focus
Our focus remains on incorporating intersectional collaborations and advocacy to foster greater well-being awareness and peer support. We firmly understand that true equity requires systemic change. That is why we are dedicated to increasing mindfulness and visibility, especially for historically marginalized and disadvantaged communities.
Intergenerational mentorship opportunities, creating safer and more inclusive spaces, and expanding ally and advocacy networking throughout Jersey City remain top priorities, as they are the foundation for fostering and sustaining visibility that personifies pride and empowerment.

Are you looking for welcoming, inclusive LGBTQ+ events and social groups Jersey City? PACT JC 2027 schedule will expand to include a rotating variety of gatherings throughout the year designed to bring our diverse community closer together.
Our forthcoming 2027 dynamic events calendar will include workshops, celebratory networking mixers, and a continuation of our signature soirees. 2027 will also mark PACT JC’s first time marching in the NYC Pride March. These gatherings are carefully crafted to foster joy, build meaningful professional and personal networks, and create lasting friendships in a completely safe, affirming environment. Whether you are looking to network with other local professionals or simply enjoy a great time with friends and allies, PACT JC has a space for you.
